R&B has its roots in the Barcelona of the 60s, when my grandad, Mr. Casas, first created the concept of roasted meats and Cava.

At R&B, we wanted to bring back that tradition revisited with a modern perspective.

The outcome? A fast fine concept that is not pretentious and that merges tradition with the new, and is simply focused on great local food and an even better experience.
